Reapers

Just a (very) quick cover for the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo called 'Don't Fear the Reapers'. It will be the first in a series, though I'm not sure how many will come after that, three for sure, maybe more.
In saying that, I'm really quite happy with how this turned out, considering I only spent about two and a half hours on it last night (:
It portrays the main character, Jac. Her face isn't quite right, but I'm happy enough with it.

Also, I put it up in original size (it's huge D: I don't even know how it got that big ), so you guys can double click on it to see just how messy it is...

Added a moderate mature content just in case blood makes any of you squeamish. It's only a little bit, I promise, nothing that will scar you for life!

Story Summary:

Jac has only ever known one life, the life of a Reaper.
For sixteen years she's been on the run with her father, hunting down the things that go bump in the night while avoiding being hunted themselves.

But now Jac is alone, scared and lost for the first time she can remember, trying to navigate through a new life by herself.
It isn't long before she's caught by the people she's been running from her whole life and thrown into The Academy, a training facility for teenagers just like her. Her only option is to lie about who she is to try and survive the Trainers, let alone the throes of high school.

Something dark is stirring at The Academy. Rumours of cover ups and traitors are running rampant, and Jac's thrown straight into the middle of it all, desperate to find out what's really going on in order to clear her father's name.
